Jacki's Certifications

All of my fitness services, or just the ones you may need, are included in every session.

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

A Certified Personal Trainer is a formally trained fitness professional qualified to provide exercise programs and instruction. The key to successful counseling is progressive but realistic goal setting, trainer/client feedback and shared accountability. CPTs also monitor and track their clients' progress, and areas of difficulty, through fitness assessments.

Precision Nutrition Coach

Precision Nutrition Coaching is a body transformation program through which clients are guided towards important but realistic changes in their eating and lifestyle habits.  By using the Precision Nutrition Method, we can take complex nutritional problems and break them down into strategic, daily practices and actions that are designed to work with and compliment any lifestyle. Daily habits are formulated to deliver results for those who want to get in the best shape of their lives—for the rest of their lives.

Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)

Corrective Exercise Specialists are formally trained in the assessment, anatomy, corrective exercise and program design skills and knowledge necessary to successfully help clients plagued by muscle and joint pain. This pain is often caused by musculoskeletal imbalances.

The term “corrective exercise” broadly refers to movements designed to target a problem seen in a client’s physical movement. Often, through day-to-day work, exercising incorrectly or just plain sitting too much, muscle groups work at diminished capacity. This can let other muscles and often the wrong muscles, take over those tasks. Since the body isn’t being used the way it was designed to be, pain or discomfort can occur — usually a warning sign that  something just doesn't feel right. More often than not, attention to corrective exercise can reverse potential pain, and often with surprisingly little effort.

Senior Fitness Specialist

A Senior Fitness Specialists are fitness and health professionals formally trained to help people over 55 increase their longevity and boost their quality of life. We use our expertise to deliver appropriate exercise programs that combat the effects of osteoporosis, arthritis and other age-specific conditions through cardiovascular strengthening, fitness training, and increasing a client’s flexibility, stability balance and strength.
